Ashi, thank you for another thoughtful poem with a reminder at the end.
I am watching the birds move with such ease and thinking of movement. Which leads us
to gratitude for all senses and functions our body provides when healthy.
Wings we have not, our wings are spiritual.
Just some thoughts from a a summer garden.
