Colorfully crowded All small flowers by the fence Kindergarten inside

While wintering here The ducks have not much to do  Might as well raise chicks

A pinkish purple rose A friend sent me by cell phone Think what color means

Acorns mixed in gravel Walk path in the city park No squirrel around

Sound of autumn Heard in the park woods’ fallen leaves Sparrows foraging

White chrysanthemums Cut and laid on the altar Grave for the unknown

Small mums by the fence Grew and shining by themselves Sidewalk happy sways

In the frigid air Never seen the moon this bright Miss the cricket’s sound
