Loud sound of chirping Birds feasting on persimmons Few left on the tree

Chrysanthemums sway In the violent winter wind Keeping bright yellow

The stream in the park Stopped flowing for the winter Till the kids come back

Leafless ginkgo trees Thrust into the wintry sky Sunlight bright but cold

Red ripe persimmons Left on twigs for birds to come On a snowy day

Snowflakes dance like petals Love to watch them from inside Only from inside
