  3. White flowers are amazing, the way they seem to glow in the dark. I love it when the white anemones are in bloom on the tall rockery outside the huge picture-window to my kitchen and I can see a great mass of them luminous at night. I especially love them when the tall stems sway in the breeze. Then the flowers look as if they’re dancing all on their own.
