I am sorry I am not there to pick up one to see its taste 🙂

  2. Heartafire says:

Were I there, I would surely pick one to taste!

    • AshiAkira says:

They say persimmons is the only fruit that have only sweetness without sourness. Dried ones are also good. 🙂

      • Heartafire says:

I love persimmons. As a child I got into trouble for “borrowing” them from a neighbors tree. 🙂 Well, there was so many!

      • AshiAkira says:

“Borrowing” of persimmons from trees in the neighborhood used to be a popular “play” among kids decades ago. Sadly, not any more as people don’t regard the “borrowing” as a “play”.

      • Heartafire says:

Indeed. But there are so many. 🙂

      • AshiAkira says:

Not here. Not so many here any more. I feel sorry for kids. They may have expensive bicycles, playthings provided in playgrounds, etc. so they don’t have to think of creating ways to amuse themselves by themselves. I hope they don’t lose their inborn creativity. 🙂

      • Heartafire says:

It is a huge issue Ashi. Already our children talk of how they are bored I can’t once remember being bored as a child

      • AshiAkira says:

Yes, it’s a huge issue. So huge and universal that it makes the US presidential election campaign a kid’s play. 🙂
