Monks keep on chanting
Temple yard I played seek and hide
Now a parking lot
Ah, such a beautiful tragedy.
Now, just a memory 😦
Yes, the trees climbed, the pond I caught the tadpoles and all that. They are all in memory. 🙂 Sad too.
I know it’s sad, but you still have your memories. Other people doesn’t know that these things were there. This is the saddest thing.
You are right. They were there and I could grow. But now we have cars, TVs and the computers and the internet so we can communicate with each other. We are destined to give up something for something else. Wonder what you will have in your time… 🙂
I really don’t know if the progress is always good, Ashi!!! Sometimes I think that is better if we could live like in ancient times. Without atomic bombs, no new diseases…
I know exactly what you mean and I feel in the same way. But there must be some sort of a flow that nobody can resist that determines our lives. Our choice seems to be limited, but I’d still feel lucky with what choice I have 🙂
You’re right. After all, we can’t oppose to our destiny.
Be strong. Live your life to full measure. 🙂
I will try, dear Ashi 🙂
Thank you very much for your words ❤
Great twist in the last line.
