All smartphones in hand
Communication or games
Subway train quiet
In Romania it is the same, Ashi. Everybody on smartphones. No more live communications. Just Facebook 😦
I suppose you have one, too, Monica. 🙂 Telling the truth, I wish I could join you.
Yes, I have both, smartphone and Facebook account. And I use my phone a lot, but not like others. Do you have a Facebook account, Ashi?
I have a Facebook account, but haven’t used it for a long time. I’ve never learned how to use it.
I post my haiku poems on Twitter though. What’s Facebook good for? 🙂
You’re right, Ashi. You know, here is snowing since yesterday afternoon continuously. It’s like a fairy tale. I just followed you on Twitter, but I do not use it to much. Anyway I just posted a photo to see the snowfall
So I see on my Twitter page. A beautiful photo of snow. Weatherman warns of possible snow in our area for the next few days, but doubtful.
Nooo, it’s windy and snowstorm. It’s like to the North Pole. Missing only polar bears 🙂 But I’ve got Pufi, my baby bear :))
I couldn’t see the wind in the still photo. Stay warm with Pufi for a nice Sunday afternoon inside the home. 🙂
I can’t, Ashi. It’s so beautiful out there. I already made some beautiful photos. I have some with a tree branch which was broken by snow and almost killed a girl. I will post it soon.
I promise I will take care of me.:)
Yes, you take care of yourself. 🙂 Here the weather forecast warned that the Tokyo area may have heavy “wet” snow that might pile on tree branches and overhead power cables breaking them. It’s like there. We may have similar snow conditions. 🙂
you take care of yourself, too, Ashi 🙂
Sad but true. We’ve lost our ability to communicate. My teen would rather text than talk on her phone!
It seems to be a worldwide trend now. 🙂
Sad but true
Restaurants in Hong Kong were very noisy during my childhood. Though with the advent of smartphones, people are a lot quieter now which greatly surpised me when I returned from the US…
It’s a startling phenomenon, the rise of technology. When I go out I see everyone with there face and fingers in their phone…soon we will not need any “direct” communication…even when I go out to eat, rather than seeing fellow diners in conversation, they are all checking their mail. It’s a little unsettling! Take care Ashi and stay warm!
I understand if you can text things that you cannot say face-to-face. If the world leaders start texting to each other, I wonder if we have peace or wars. Or maybe some of them are already using some texting devices within their groups and exchanging views on ways to manipulate the world for their advantage. 🙂 Take care and be well as well.
Thank you Ashi, I certainly hope the use facetime…facial expressions say a lot!
