Thank you for such a good and important question. I don’t really know, however, how to answer it. I recall a similar question was once put to an Indian mystic philosopher, and he answered it by a question, “What is the meaning of the roses?” About the haiku poem you asked me about here, I might say I simply felt sorry for suddenly opening the window which may have disturbed the sparrows whatever they were doing then. And I got the cold winter wind in return. That’s all there is to it. I hope you visualize something.
Hey thanks a lot for your reply…I am just new to this little world…I don’t have more knoweledge about haikus but now i think by reading yours i will learn a bit more about it…Yup i visualised it & also understood it…Keep writing…:)
Are you trying to convey something in these short lines? I mean i really like your poems its simple yet little difficult to understand…
